Project
Adjacent to the M6 in Birmingham lies the ex-tyre store used by Dunlop Tyres. This building provides approximately 300,000 sq ft of floor plate and it was determined that this should be converted into office accommodation. The building has been unoccupied in order of 30 years and the project involves cost effective conversion of the former warehouse building into a quality office environment. The building services installation comprises innovative lighting and heating solutions providing flexibility within the building for a variation of future tenant requirements. A feature of the project was the extent of existing services on the site which required detailed negotiation and liaison with the various service companies.
