Project
The fitout of seven floors of offices for Wragge Lawrence Graham & Co in 2 Snowhill. This included client corporate, dining and conferencing facilities to floors 13 and 14. Landlords installations was BREEAM excellent and this status had to be maintained (and was achieved) during the fitout works.

- Duties: Assistance to the Project Manager and Client in selecting a suitable building. Agreeing base build requirements, inspection and witnessing base building commissioning. Design of the Building Services Installation for 130,000ft² fitout from shell and core.
