In light of the developing Coronavirus situation and in line with the Government’s Guidance we have taken the decision that all staff will be working from home with effect from 5 pm. today, Monday 23rd March. We have taken this decision as the wellbeing of our staff and their loved ones is of the utmost importance to us.
We have been planning for this eventuality since the initial stages of the Government advice, with all staff having full access via remote working procedures. The IT infrastructure we have in place has been prepared to enable our team to carry out their duties remotely. Therefore we would like to reassure you that we are very much operating as ‘business as usual’ and will continue to carry out our duties in this manner until advice changes.
Our business landline telephone number (01384 238222) from Tuesday 24th March will forward to a Director’s mobile number who will then direct calls to colleagues as necessary. All staff direct dial numbers will automatically forward to their mobile number. We suggest that mobile numbers are utilised in the first instance and of course all staff will be responding to emails in the normal manner.
We will continue to monitor the ever changing advice and conditions to ensure we operate in the most efficient and safe manner possible, and appreciate your consideration in these unprecedented times.
